Copying orders
Sometimes it's useful to duplicate an existing order. This page shows you how to do it.
- Copying an order results in all the details of order lines, and shipping address information from the original order being copied into a new order.
- The duplicated order does not include fulfilments - these will be created fresh for the new order.
- Duplicated orders will be given the same order number as the original, with
-COPYadded to the end of the order number. - Copying an order does not affect the original order. If you need to cancel the original, see these instructions: Cancelling orders.
An order can be duplicated via the order listing or via the order detail view.
