Teams - overview

Your team is where everything happens. All your orders, products, users, and settings are managed within the context of your team.

Your team is your account on Print Trail.

You access your team details and settings via the main menu > ‘Settings’.

The currently selected team’s name is shown in the main menu.

👉 If you have access to more than one team, and wish to switch teams, click on the team name in the main menu. Then select the team you wish to switch to.

Team details

Team details are accessible via Settings > Team

These settings are:

  • The name of your team (editable)
  • Team code (not editable)
  • Return Policy URL (editable): this is used in some notifications sent to customers. It should be a page on your website where customers can learn how to process a return (i.e. send an order back to you).

Users

Your team can have as many users as you need (or just one, if you prefer)

Each user manages their own details and can join multiple teams

Each user has one of two roles within a team, either:

  • Manager (i.e. a team owner)
  • Member (a regular user in the team)

A user can be a manager in one team and a member in a separate team.

Only managers can invite and remove users on a team.

Channels

‘Channels’ are how you segment your orders, according to the sales channel where the order originated.

Channels are useful if your sales originate in more than one place, for example an e-commerce website, web application, mobile app, even in-person sales.

To learn more, go to Channels.

Billing details

Your company address, billing details, and tax ID can be edited in the Billing section at: Settings > Billing.

For any billing enquiries, please email us or send a message.

Customs

If your business has an EORI number, you can enter it at: Settings > Billing.

An Economic Operators Registration and Identification number (EORI number) is a European Union registration and identification number for businesses which import or export goods into or out of the EU.

For more information on EORIs check out these external sources:

For more information on how to reduce customs delays for your international shipments, read about product data: Customs data and Dimensions & Weight.

Notifications

Control your team’s notification settings:

  • Choose whether to send ‘Recipient order update emails’ to your customers. When enabled, we will send order/fulfilment status and tracking email notifications to the email address included on the order. This is separate to any email/SMS notifications that shipping carriers may send to recipients.
  • Set the reply-to address on emails to customers. If a customer/recipient replies to an order update email, where should their email reply be sent to? Example: support@yourbrand.com
