Remove a User

To remove a user from your team you must be a Manager of the team (i.e. a user on the team with the Manager user role).

Removing a user will prevent all access to the team, but will not remove the user from the Print Trail system (each user manages their own personal account, and can be a member of multiple teams).

  1. Go to: Settings > Users
  2. Click the remove icon next to the username you wish to remove from your team
  3. A message will ask you to confirm your choice
  4. Choose to either remove the user from the team or keep the user

Tip: you can also change a user’s role in your team
